Job Summary

Managing an assigned portfolio, the full-time Credit and Collections Analyst will serve as the primary customer contact for credit and collections, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of payment issues while contributing to cash collection and DSO goals.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct collection activities for the assigned portfolio, ensuring adherence to responsible collection practices
  • Resolve payment issues through proactive customer follow-up and analysis of invoices to ensure compliance with contract terms
  • Handle dispute resolution for customer accounts, investigating claims and deductions in a timely manner
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of collections experience in an accounting environment, preferably with Fortune 500 accounts
  • Experience with multi-company accounting software, preferably Oracle
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Office product suite
  • A four-year college degree in Accounting, Business, or equivalent experience is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of billing and collections process cycles
