Credit and Collections Analyst

Job Summary

Focusing on the analytical review of customer accounts, the full-time Credit and Collections Analyst will manage past due notices, enhance collections efforts, and collaborate on strategic reporting in a virtual environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Investigating credit actions and analyzing receivables to expedite resolution of outstanding debts
• Collaborating with senior analysts to refine credit and collections methodologies
• Producing daily delinquency reports and preparing monthly analytical reports on collection trends

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience in credit and collections
• Experience in developing actionable debt repayment strategies
• Knowledge of credit risk management practices
• Ability to maintain accurate records of customer financial status
