Credit and Collections Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credit & Collections Associate for a 9:30am shift, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Notify customers of delinquent accounts and solicit payment
• Receive payments and post amounts to customer accounts
• Compile and maintain credit information and monitor delinquent accounts

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED strongly preferred
• 2-5 years of experience in credit, collections, or accounts receivable
• Specialized skills training or certification may be required
• Experience in Excel is a plus
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
