Credit and Collections Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credit and Collections Manager to oversee collections processes and manage a team of collection specialists.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective collection strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding accounts receivable
• Establish and enforce credit policies, conduct credit assessments, and monitor customer creditworthiness
• Lead and develop a team of collections specialists, providing training and managing performance through KPIs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in credit and collections, with at least 2 years in a management role
• Strong understanding of credit analysis, collections practices, and risk management principles
• Experience in a SaaS company, preferably with subscription-based billing models
• Experience with NetSuite and Tesorio or similar accounting and collections systems is preferred
