Credit and Collections Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager 1, Credit & Collections - Commercial.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall operations of the Credit & Collections department, including team performance and operational goals
• Develop and implement performance metrics, and review collection reports to assess effectiveness
• Provide training and support to staff, and act as the primary contact with vendors and collection agencies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, with consideration for relevant coursework and experience
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience in credit and collections management
• Experience in developing performance metrics and managing teams
• Ability to foster positive employee relations and effective communication
• Strong background in analyzing financial performance and operational strategies
