Credit and Collections Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Credit and Collections to oversee credit strategy and collections operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the credit and collections process, including evaluating customer creditworthiness and monitoring risk exposure
• Manage collections activities to reduce Days Sales Outstanding and handle escalations effectively
• Serve as the primary contact for customers on credit and collections matters, ensuring timely resolution of issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, not necessarily in Finance or Accounting
• 5-10 years of experience in credit, collections, or accounts receivable management
• Strong knowledge of credit risk management and collections practices
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite is required
• Industry experience in media, entertainment, or advertising is preferred
