Credit and Collections Manager

Job Summary

Credit and Collections Manager, responsible for overseeing accounts receivable processes, monitoring collections, and developing policies to optimize cash flow in a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including credit management and collections
• Supervise and mentor staff to ensure high performance and professional development
• Develop and execute collection strategies to reduce delinquency and improve Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in credit and collections, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Experience with FIS GETPAID
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
• Experience in leading a team, including setting performance standards and providing training
