Credit and Collections Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Rep 1, Credit & Collections- Backoffice.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaison between internal and external customers regarding serviceability, bankruptcy, credit inquiries, and collection-related topics
• Make outbound and receive inbound customer contacts to resolve extreme delinquencies
• Accurately apply account credits and explain billing cycles, payment due dates, and balances owed to customers

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience
• Experience working in a remote environment preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Basic understanding of the collections timeline
