Credit and Collections Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Representative 1, Credit & Collections - Commercial.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact commercial customers to arrange payment plans for past due accounts
• Follow national credit and collection policies and applicable regulations
• Process customer payments and manage delinquent accounts, including scheduling disconnects

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Experience in a remote work environment is preferred
• Familiarity with credit and collection regulations
