Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credit & Collections Specialist I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain credit/collection portfolios and manage customer data
  • Perform credit underwriting and account reconciliation, including dispute resolution and adjustments
  • Maintain weekly reporting, assist with cash application, and provide customer service
Required Qualifications
  • Associate of Arts Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
  • A minimum of three years of credit and collections experience or equivalent education and experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
  • Working knowledge of standard office equipment
  • Experience with data management and reporting
