Credit and Collections Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credit & Collections Specialist to support credit and collections operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily collection calls with customers and sales representatives
• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound collection communications for assigned accounts
• Resolve account discrepancies and reconcile account activity

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections, or Billing required
• Strong Excel skills (preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with high-profile or complex accounts is a plus
• Credit check is required for this role
