• 60 day balances
• Outreach to customers via phone, email, and letters
• Document all activities and prepare updates on account resolution for leadership

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 1 year of relevant healthcare billing experience
• Prior work experience with meeting deadlines and weekly goals
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
