Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Credit & Collections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise billing and collections processes to maximize cash flow
• Coach and develop staff to improve production and resolve patient complaints
• Ensure compliance with billing regulations and manage aging claims effectively

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Knowledge of medical billing and collection practices
• Expertise in medical terminology and insurance coding (HCPC/ICD-9)
• Ability to train staff on policies and procedures
