Key Responsibilities

• Oversee credit risk assessments and set credit limits based on customer financial analysis
• Supervise and train the credit and collections team, ensuring high productivity and service quality
• Develop strategies for timely debt recovery and manage escalated collection issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in credit and collections, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong understanding of credit reporting and collections practices
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
• Proficient in using financial software and MS Office
