Job Summary
Credit and Contract Coordinator, a full-time position responsible for managing the lifecycle of equipment financing contracts, ensuring compliance and accuracy in documentation, and coordinating with internal teams and business partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage documentation for new and amended equipment financing contracts, ensuring timely execution and compliance
- Process contract modifications and maintain accurate records, including lien perfection and filing
- Book and fund new loans, ensuring all financial processing and system management tasks are completed accurately
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous experience working with loan documentation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Regular and predictable attendance, with the ability to work onsite one Wednesday per month
- Unrestricted work authorization without the need for future sponsorship
