Job Summary

Credit and Contract Coordinator, a full-time position responsible for managing the lifecycle of equipment financing contracts, ensuring compliance and accuracy in documentation, and coordinating with internal teams and business partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage documentation for new and amended equipment financing contracts, ensuring timely execution and compliance
  • Process contract modifications and maintain accurate records, including lien perfection and filing
  • Book and fund new loans, ensuring all financial processing and system management tasks are completed accurately
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous experience working with loan documentation
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Regular and predictable attendance, with the ability to work onsite one Wednesday per month
  • Unrestricted work authorization without the need for future sponsorship
