Job Summary
Leading risk-based audits, the full-time salaried Credit and Fraud Audit Manager will manage audit engagements from planning through execution, focusing on credit and fraud risk coverage while collaborating with various stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as Auditor in Charge (AIC), overseeing audit projects, defining objectives, and coordinating with stakeholders for effective execution
- Analyze audit results, synthesize findings, and develop comprehensive audit reports in accordance with internal policies
- Guide and mentor team members in assessing risks and executing audit tests, while ensuring effective communication of task status and challenges
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of audit experience, preferably in a Big Four or G-SIB environment
- Strong understanding of credit and fraud risk management frameworks and associated risks across lending lifecycles
- Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced environments and manage competing priorities effectively
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze complex problems and derive data-driven conclusions
- Familiarity with regulations relevant to credit and fraud risk management, including industry best practices
