Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Account Associate Credit Balance Account Review Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research, validate, and approve adjustments and refunds for patient accounts
  • Provide training and coaching to the credit balance team while maintaining confidentiality
  • Coordinate compliance, third-party, and audit refund projects in a timely manner
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
  • Two (2)+ years of experience in hospital or physician back-end insurance activities required
  • Knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare billing regulations required
  • Epic systems experience preferred
  • Must have training experience and lead experience
