Credit Balance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credit Balance Analyst who will focus on reviewing and printing patient and insurance refunds.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and print accounts that are in a credit balance for multiple practices
• Export refund check registers and submit to accounting
• Research and resolve accounts that are in a credit balance and handle refund request postings

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 3+ years of relevant experience preferred
• In-depth knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer reimbursement policies
• Experience with compliance related to payor contract requirements
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills
