Required Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in healthcare customer service or insurance collections
• 1 year of experience with Credit Balance and Underpayments for Insurance and Patient Balances
• Strong knowledge of computer billing systems
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Experience in customer support or client issue resolution management
