Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credit Balance Representative to manage and validate credit balances within the healthcare revenue cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Review daily credit balances and obtain associated EOBs for validation
• Research and identify issues contributing to credit balances and notate accounts accordingly
• Compile data for validated refunds and maintain compliance with departmental benchmarks

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of healthcare revenue cycle experience
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work as a dedicated team player
• Motivated self-starter with a focus on goal completion
