Key Responsibilities

• Review and resolve credit balances on self-pay and insurance accounts
• Research root causes of credit balances and ensure accurate reallocation of payments
• Prepare and process refunds while maintaining accurate documentation and compliance

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare admissions, patient access, or medical office setting preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Aptitude for problem-solving and flexibility in a healthcare revenue cycle environment
• Ability to navigate a technology-focused setup efficiently
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work collaboratively with others
