Key Responsibilities:

Maintains database and reconciles accounts with credit balances
Responds to inquiries from customers or external collection resources
Refunds customer overpayments and communicates with management regarding overpayment issues

Required Qualifications:

2 years of office administrative experience
High school education or equivalent
Associate degree preferred
Experience in a medical office preferred
Experience with EMR systems (NextGen and/or OnBase) preferred
