Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credit Balance Specialist II to work from home in Pennsylvania.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve credit balances for patients and third-party payers, including cash application and billing functions
• Monitor and improve revenue management processes to enhance organizational efficiency and meet financial targets
• Conduct research on assigned accounts and provide training for new or established staff as needed

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) is required
• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience is required
• Working knowledge of revenue management software is necessary
• Experience with at least two payers is preferred
• Ability to assist in process improvements and operational efficiencies
