Credit Balance Specialist Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead - Physician Credit Balances.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage credit balance workloads and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
• Train new employees and conduct refresher training sessions for current staff
• Audit patient accounts and ensure compliance with client policies

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or 3 years of relevant equivalent experience
• Eight years of relevant experience in healthcare, business, or professional services
• Credit balance experience within a hospital or clinic setting is preferred
• Proficiency in PC skills, including Word and Excel
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
