Job Summary

To support a growing revenue cycle team, the full-time remote Credit Balance Team Lead will analyze and resolve credit balances, oversee patient and insurance refunds, and collaborate with various departments while mentoring team members.

Key responsibilities
  • Analyzing and resolving credit balances while ensuring accuracy in patient and insurance refunds
  • Collaborating with other departments and managing client communications to support credit balance operations
  • Developing training materials and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of Revenue Cycle Management experience
  • A minimum of 1 year of leadership experience
  • Thorough understanding of hospital and physician's clinic cash posting processes
  • Experience reading EOBs and knowledge of medical billing and insurance practices
