Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credit Bureau Reporting Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Investigate and respond to direct and indirect credit disputes in compliance with regulations and internal policies
Conduct root cause analysis and recommend modifications to procedures for efficient processing
Assist in compliance reviews, audits, and regulatory exams related to credit bureau reporting

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years of relevant work experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel
Experience with e-OSCAR dispute handling technology is a plus
Familiarity with the Metro 2 credit reporting format
SQL knowledge is beneficial
