Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credit Card Payments Analyst to support the financial process of surrogacy through escrow.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify that every credit card charge matches an approved disbursement within a given case ledger
• Resolve unreconciled credit card charges and approved disbursements where no charge has occurred
• Liaise with the legal team regarding discrepancies between credit card charges and invoices or approved disbursement requests

• Experience with data entry
• Excellent time-management skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively
