Job Summary
Serving as a business-focused Subject Matter Expert, the full-time Credit Collections Specialist will manage the design and optimization of collections and payment processes while supporting a large Customer Information System transformation program remotely, with occasional onsite meetings in Syracuse, NY.
Key responsibilities
- Design and optimize end-to-end collections and payment processes
- Configure and validate collections workflows in the CIS/Kraken platform
- Ensure compliance with utility regulations and perform financial reconciliation and reporting
Required qualifications
- Experience with utility billing and collection processes
- Proficiency in configuring customer information systems, preferably Kraken
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance in utility operations
- Ability to work in an Agile environment with IT and business stakeholders
- Experience in financial reconciliation and reporting
