Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credit Control Manager to oversee the credit control function and drive performance across the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the Credit Control team, providing coaching and performance feedback
• Oversee a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring timely management of escalations and overdue debt
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)

Required Qualifications

• Experience in credit control, with exposure to coaching or supporting others
• Proven ability to work under pressure and deliver results within tight deadlines
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on improving efficiency
• Comfortable communicating with customers and senior stakeholders
• Ability to learn new systems and optimize workflows
