Credit Controller

Job Summary

Building a new credit control function, the fully remote Credit Controller will establish processes, set up workflows, and collaborate with internal teams to manage customer accounts and enhance collections performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design workflows and escalation steps for the credit control function from inception
• Establish AR monitoring routines, including account aging review and overdue prioritization
• Partner with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance to resolve billing issues and manage disputes

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Credit Control, Accounts Receivable, or Collections
• Basic understanding of finance and accounting concepts related to Accounts Receivable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including filters, lookups, and pivot tables
• Experience with ERP and AR/collections tools, such as NetSuite, is a plus
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence without formal authority
