Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive analytical support for Card Credit Bureau Disputes
  • Develop and enhance dispute resolution strategies using data and decision support tools
  • Lead and manage day-to-day dispute processes, escalating issues to management as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in accounting, analytics, credit disputes, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and its application in dispute resolution
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple priorities
