Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credit for Prior Learning Director.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for Credit for Prior Learning (CPL), Prior Learning Credit (PLC), and Prior Learning Assessment (PLA) programs
  • Manage and coordinate all activities related to CPL, PLC, and PLA, including portfolio assessment, challenge exams, and assessment of work-based learning
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate workplace learning credit for students through evaluation of industry training and professional development

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in business, education, communications, psychology, or related discipline
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in credit for prior learning or higher education administration
  • Experience with awarding credit for prior learning and strategic planning preferred
  • Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to CPL, PLC, and PLA
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
