Job Summary
Owning the processes and models for estimating expected credit losses, the full-time hybrid Credit Forecasting Manager will lead the development and monitoring of payment default guidance while collaborating with various teams to ensure accurate forecasts aligned with business expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead development and improvement of processes for payment default and balance persistency guidance for personal loans
- Provide scenario analysis and financial impact sizing from changes in credit underwriting and pricing policy
- Mentor junior team members and promote best practices within the team
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience
- 6-10 years in credit risk, loss forecasting, or portfolio analytics
- Expertise in forecasting payment default behavior and balance persistency for lending products
- Advanced analytical expertise and business judgment
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders
