Credit Global Process Owner

Job Summary

To support operational continuity during a maternity leave, the full-time Credit Global Process Owner will manage end-to-end credit processes, oversee credit lifecycle operations, and drive AI workforce solution initiatives in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assume day-to-day ownership of the global Credit process, including onboarding and credit limit management
• Maintain existing credit processes to ensure they are effective, efficient, and compliant with global best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the deployment and performance of AI-native solutions in credit operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance
• 6+ years of experience in financial credit and credit risk management
• Strong understanding of credit management processes, including credit assessment and collections
• Familiarity with AI and automation solutions in finance or operations
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with various teams, including Engineering and Finance
