Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credit Management Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage credit balances by researching and resolving patient and insurance accounts
• Prepare and submit refund requests, ensuring all necessary documentation is included
• Identify trends in credit balances and communicate findings to management

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 1-year experience in insurance collections, credit balance management, or payment posting
• 1-3 years experience in Physician/Professional billing
• Basic knowledge of healthcare claims processing including ICD-10, CPT, and HCPC codes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
