Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credit Manager (Policy) to design and implement credit risk policies for retail lending products.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing account level valuation frameworks and underwriting credit policies
• Managing credit limits, risk-based pricing, and retention strategies
• Tracking performance of initiatives and ensuring compliance with credit risk functions

Required Qualifications

• A proven track record in managing credit risk for retail credit products
• A bachelor's degree (preferably master's or higher) in a quantitative/analytical field
• Solid understanding of credit policy governance frameworks
• Experience with credit and behavioral scoring models for retail products
• Excellent working knowledge of SQL, R, and Python
