Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Credit.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervises and trains staff, conducts performance appraisals, and manages work assignments
• Manages credit balance inventory to ensure timely resolution of credit balances and refund requests
• Tracks trends for process improvements and interacts with clients to provide updates and reports

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred; experience may substitute for education
• Four years of revenue cycle experience, particularly in Cash Applications, AR, or Denials
• Four years of experience with commercial, government, and third-party liability insurances
• Two years of supervisory or management experience required
• Experience with EMR optimization and systems enhancement preferred
