Credit Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credit Manager to oversee credit risk and collections processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and review credit and collection policies and procedures
• Manage the collection of outstanding debts and communicate with customers regarding overdue payments
• Prepare reports on credit exposure and overdue accounts while ensuring compliance with relevant laws

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in credit, collections, or accounts receivable, with at least 2+ years in a supervisory role
• Strong understanding of credit analysis and collections strategies
• Proven ability to improve cash flow and reduce delinquency
• Experience in leading and developing a credit and collections team
