Credit Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Credit Operations Analyst will execute operational processes, conduct in-depth credit reviews, and manage risk-related escalations while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance credit risk strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Complete in-depth credit reviews on merchants and identify credit concerns throughout their life cycle
• Investigate escalations across multiple channels and provide accurate, timely responses while maintaining process excellence
• Utilize analytics to identify risk factors and trends, reporting findings to the wider risk team and recommending process improvements

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience with a solid understanding of commercial credit principles
• 1+ years of experience leading risk-related projects with cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience using data to propose creative solutions to tactical and strategic problems
• Ability to approach challenges from a user perspective while being pragmatic and solutions-oriented
• Deep empathy for entrepreneurs and a motivation to solve problems to empower them
