Job Summary

Coordinating and monitoring sales involving third-party lease companies, the full-time remote Credit Operations Analyst will manage communications with customers and sales teams, produce monthly leasing activity analyses, and facilitate documentation processes to ensure timely sales processing and collections.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor sales processes with third-party lease companies, ensuring smooth operations and timely communication
• Facilitate communication between sales, customers, and collections teams to ensure documentation is obtained and sales are processed efficiently
• Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze data and streamline reporting processes while identifying opportunities for workflow improvements

Required qualifications

• Knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Basic understanding of Power BI or Tableau dashboards and reports
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and prioritize tasks independently
• Experience in mentoring and training other analysts
