Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credit Policy Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent communication of agency and investor guidelines
• Research and analyze data to assist in determining the application of credit policies and procedures
• Draft and compile communications regarding updates from Agencies and Investors for distribution

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
• 10+ years of residential mortgage underwriting and/or credit risk experience
• Loan quality audit experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Encompass LOS experience is a plus
