Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credit Policy Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to senior management regarding credit policies and loan products
• Monitor and update internal product guidelines based on investor announcements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate guideline change requests

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in mortgage underwriting roles
• Deep knowledge of mortgage regulations and investor guidelines for non-agency loans
• Expert-level understanding of GSE, FHA, VA, USDA, Agency, Jumbo, and Non-QM investors
• Ability to adapt to new ideas and evolving industry trends
