Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 12+ years of experience in credit risk management and policy development within financial services, including 4 years of management experience
• Deep understanding of credit risk assessment, portfolio management, and regulatory compliance
• Proven track record in developing and implementing effective innovative credit policies
• Experience leveraging data and market trends for policy decisions
