Key Responsibilities

Enter credit application data and audit lending documentation for accuracy
Respond to and resolve moderately complex service issues and requests
Perform customer support and account maintenance, including handling inquiries from dealers and customers

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a Financial/Business/Management discipline
Experience in customer service or a financial services environment
Product/market-specific processing experience (1 year preferred)
