Job Summary

Analyzing physician and hospital accounts, the full-time Credit Processing Specialist will manage data analysis, resolve billing issues, and ensure compliance with regulations in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze insurance and patient credit balances to identify root causes and resolve accounts
• Document billing activities and ensure compliance with privacy and regulatory requirements
• Participate in training and special assignments as required by the department

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent, or post-high school diploma/highest degree earned
• Two years of experience in billing, bookkeeping, or accounting
• Knowledge of denial/appeals processes, payment research, and quality assurance functions
