Credit Product Designer

Job Summary

To support the expansion of credit services, the full-time remote Credit Product Designer will design user interactions and visual patterns for lending, focusing on accessibility for underserved users while collaborating closely with a lead designer and product manager.

Key responsibilities

• Widen credit access for underserved users by designing the borrowing flow, disclosures, repayment, and transaction history
• Design for a conversational, AI-native medium, ensuring a seamless user experience within chat interfaces and on native mobile platforms
• Integrate compliance requirements as part of the design process and ground decisions in evidence through evaluative testing and research

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience designing consumer products with strong visual and interaction design skills
• Fluency in native or near-native Spanish and advanced English
• Proficiency in Figma with at least two mobile products shipped end to end
• Research fluency to conduct evaluative testing and discovery
• Experience in lending, credit, banking, or regulated domains is a bonus
