Credit Product Designer
Job Summary
To support the expansion of credit services, the full-time Credit Product Designer will design user interactions and visual patterns for lending processes, ensuring accessibility and compliance while working remotely in a collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Widen credit access for underserved users by designing borrowing flows, disclosures, and transaction histories
- Design for a conversational, AI-native medium, ensuring trust and usability within chat interfaces
- Integrate compliance requirements into the product experience, treating them as essential design elements
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience designing consumer products with strong visual and interaction design skills
- Fluency in native or near-native Spanish and advanced English
- Deep proficiency in Figma, with at least two mobile products shipped end to end
- Experience running evaluative testing and discovery research independently
- Familiarity with AI tools as creative partners in the design process
