Job Summary

Overseeing a team of underwriters and credit analysts, the full-time remote Credit Products Manager will manage first-line credit underwriting and portfolio management, ensuring compliance with risk policies and driving operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise and support Commercial Underwriters and Credit Analysts, fostering a high-performing team environment
• Monitor portfolio performance and identify emerging risks to support sound credit decision-making
• Collaborate with sales and risk teams to implement credit strategies and streamline underwriting processes

Required qualifications:

• Undergraduate Degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in credit underwriting, portfolio management, and risk management within the financial industry
• 3+ years of experience managing teams of credit analysts and underwriters
• Expertise in credit bureaus, decision engines, and cash flow modeling
• Solid understanding of federal and state laws related to credit decisions
