Credit Products Manager

Job Summary

Managing a specialized credit portfolio, the full-time Credit Products Manager will oversee a team of underwriters and analysts, ensuring compliance with risk policies while identifying trends and risks through data analysis in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise and support Commercial Underwriters and Credit Analysts to foster a high-performing team
• Monitor portfolio performance and escalate areas for improvement in credit processes and policies
• Collaborate with sales, risk, and credit teams to implement credit strategies and ensure compliance with regulations

Required qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in credit underwriting, portfolio management, and risk management within the financial industry
• 3+ years of experience managing teams of credit analysts and underwriters in specialized verticals
• Experience in credit bureaus, credit decision engines, and cash flow modeling
• Proficient in compliance with federal and state laws related to credit decisions
