Credit Reporting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credit Reporting Manager who will oversee credit reporting operations and manage relationships with third-party reporting partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary relationship manager with third-party reporting partners, managing escalations and issue resolution
• Perform data pulls, validations, and investigations to support dispute resolution and credit bureau reporting issues
• Assist the credit disputes specialist team in resolving customer disputes accurately and timely

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in credit reporting operations, payments, lending, or financial services
• Familiarity with credit reporting standards (Metro 2, FCRA) and disputes processes
• Experience working with data and tools (e.g., SQL or equivalent) for validation and investigation
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Collaborative mindset with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving
